The Root Cause Review

from RootCause

Overview

The Root Cause Review - There's not much to the Root Cause so I'll try to keep it short for you. This is a an e-book designed by a fellow named Isaul Karim. Basically, it is a short system that keeps trying to enforce and remind you that the disorder you're struggling with, whether it be panic attacks, agoraphobia, depression, OCD, or another type, is not an illness. It tries to convince you that it's easy to overcome it. Well, I don't think anyone that has spent years trying to help themselves would agree with Mr. Karim on that one, as pleasant as his opinion may seem.

It includes a bonus e-book that details Isaul's own personal journey of getting rid of his anxiety disorder, which took him over 20 years. This is a nice little bonus, I guess, but couldn't he have just easily put it up on the site and not acted like it was an excellent add on? Sure, it might be a little interesting but in the end it just deviates from what people want to do - get rid of their panic attacks permanently.

I also didn't find that it covered the actual root cause of panic disorders. In that sense, it really didn't live up to its name. If you're curious about how the book might be, check out the links at the top of the page. They give very brief overviews of different disorders. That is exactly how general the rest of the book is. So honestly, you don't get a whole lot for the $39.97 they're asking.

The Short Version

What you will like about the Root Cause:

  • Short, easy to read, not a lot of fluff
  • Not too expensive
What you won't like about the Root Cause:
  • Perhaps too short
  • Useless bonus
  • Not very comprehensive at all
  • Tries to convince you that your struggle is an easy one to overcome
The Bottom line: Will the Root Cause work for you? If you're really serious about getting better, you've obviously been searching for cures for a while now. And when Isaul comes along and says that it's not that difficult and that you're not ill, you probably saw straight away how ineffective this system would be. Skip it.
