The Linden Method is currently the most popular treatment for panic attacks and anxiety. It's system designed by Charles Linden, a man who once had panic attacks, to cure you permanently.

Borderline personality disorder treatment is possible, just like other personality disorders. Borderline personality is a type of disorder that makes it difficult for people to separate reality from fiction. You could almost say that everyone has this to some extent. But for those that seriously suffer from it and need help, what can they do?
If you haven't already considered the expensive medical option, you might want to look into psycotherapy. They have a program available that is designed to really help borderline personality proplems specifically. It's known as DBT, or dialetical behavior therapy. This treatment, like any other reliable treatment, does not provide instant results and no experienced therapist will claim it does. That in itself is a good sign. However, a lot of people are turned off by the fac that it takes a lot of time and effort to be successful at it.
One real problem with the option (besides the high price tag) is the uncertainty of its long term potential. It is really unknown to how effective it is long term, but people have actually experienced mixed results unfortunately. In other words, they might have to engage in the treatment again down the road. While this may be feasible to some, it's not to others due to the expensive nature of it.
Now, aside from that, it is worth mentioning that people who have engaged in DBT apparently have a lower suicide rate than those that didn't - it's not a huge amount, but it is lower. That itself is a very positive benefit of the therapy. However, the fact still remains that not everyone can afford it. In my opinion, I don't think you should have to be well off or financially secure in order to enjoy living a normal like that so many people take for granted. That to me makes the treatment unfairly priced. That's why I recommend systems that do not require such intensive therapy, like the Linden Method. With a system that you can personally do yourself, you don't have to worry about bills constantly stacking up.
