Borderline personality disorder stress is pretty common for those suffering from the disorder. In case you weren't aware of it, borderline personality is a disorder in which the sufferer cannot distinquish between reality and fiction. Next, you'll want to think about your breathing. It's good to slowly breathe in and say something that will relax you as you do. Do the same thing for the breath out only say something different. Getting into this repetition will really help you and you can do it anywhere you want. It's one of the best ways of calming down I've ever seen.
