Fast cures for panic attacks are out there. The only thing is, you have to be careful about your safety when using them. Also, you want to watch your budget, as they can be more expensive than traditional methods. What are some of your options, then?
Tranquilizers are an option to some people, but not others. They're really only recommended if you're someone that deals with a couple panic attacks each year. In other words, if it's something you deal with daily, this isn't a recommended option. The do work pretty quickly to make your panic die down with a combination of drugs like Xanax and Valium, but it's only a short term thing and there are side effects. That's why people who deal with anxiety daily would be harmed by making use of this too often.
As I've mentioned before, you can try to focus on your breathing in order to calm yourself down. The beauty of this is that you can do it wherever you are, making it an ideal choice for those with common panic attacks. The best way to control breathing is to say peaceful terms when you inhale and exhale. For example, with each inhale you could say, "love." With each exhale you could say, "peace." It's really an effective technique because it helps you to control your mind and stop yourself from worrying at the same time of calming you down.
One of my favorite techniques (and one that my brother found most effective) was to confront the panic attacks head on. In other words, you find something that you know causes you anxiety and you push yourself through it. That might sound hard and crazy but the fact is, it works. It might help to have a friend or family member nearby for support, but the basic idea is to give yourself power and confidence by proving that you can do it. It's all about willpower and positive thinking.
One thing that people with anxiety and people that don't normally struggle with alike can do in times of stress is have an imaginery happy place to go to. For example, I imagine myself sitting under a tree on a tropical beach. It's unbelievably relaxing, and helps me to stop worrying. All you have to do is close your eyes and go there. The best part about it is the fact that you can go there whenever you want.
