The Linden Method is currently the most popular treatment for panic attacks and anxiety. It's system designed by Charles Linden, a man who once had panic attacks, to cure you permanently.
Read our review of the system and see what others have to say about it while you're there. If you still want to learn more about it, feel free to go check out the official site here >>>.Anxiety Forum
An anxiety forum can be a great thing - IF it is accompanied by timely information, helpful and caring moderators, and has a very involved membership. The thing is, if it doesn't have all these things, you'll likely waste a lot of your time there, and possibly end up with more fears than you started with. Don't hang out at forums where everyone is pessimistic. They'll drag you down with them and you need confidence and belief in yourself to stop panic attacks once and for all.
Now, granted, that's taking it to the extreme a little bit, but it's the truth. I don't want you wasting your time.
One of the best things you can find at an anxiety forum is support from people that have been there, just like yourself. This kind of support is invaluable, really. You can literally see people who struggle and manage to overcome their disorder, and it will really be an inspiration to you. You need to see that kind of stuff. You need to see people successfully gaining control of their lives. It will help you do the same.
Keep in mind, staying active in forums just like these was really vital in my brother's success. It helped him immeasurably, and it really helped me get a better understand for anxiety disorders in general.
Now, without further ado, I'd like to share with you the two best forums in my experience:
- Anxiety Forum - Very positive site that really emphasizes the power of having others go through the same struggles and be help you along the way
- Anxiety Zone - Anxiety Zone is really cool because they have chat rooms as well. You can really meet some neat people here who you can relate to.
I like these the best because they try to cover all disorders, not leaving anyone out. You can really find someone else just like you who is either currently going through or has gone through (and beat) exactly what you're dealing with. Very friendly and caring people at both places. I think you'll want to stick around there long after you've cured your anxiety.
There are other forums worth mentioning, though they're not quite a general and appealing to everyone in my opinion. These are:
- Healing Well > Anxiety - A very large community overall, this is just one part of it that is devoted to all disorders related to anxiety.
- Social Anxiety Forums - Pretty self explanatory. These are for people that struggle predominantly with social panic disorders, including agoraphobia.
- Social Phobia World > Anxiety Forum - A forum that is a part of a large site devoted to social phobias. It's a great site if you really stuggle with agoraphobia, being in front of people, or eating in public.
