Anxiety chest pain is something that should be taken very seriously. You need to not take it lightly and consider all the possibilities if this occurs, especially if it continues to happen. So what is the deal with this type of pain? Where does it come from? Why does it start? When will it happen again?
Those are all very important questions to be asking, especially when you consider that they may hold a clue to why something is happening. For instance, if you get chest pain when you're surrounded by a group of people it may be due to a case of agoraphobia, which is a type of panic disorder.
If you have to deal with a painful sensation when you're in front of a group of people, this is your anxiety acting up again as well. This is very important, because it's the start and one of the common signs that a lot of people overlook. They assume that everyone gets nervous in front of a large crowd. While this is true, it's not the case when you have a painful feeling. That shouldn't occur.
How about if your chest feels tight when you're driving or in the middle of night when you're trying to sleep? Is this because of anxiety as well? Oftentimes, you can mistake the sensation for heartburn as well. This is a problem, because it will make you take medications that you don't need and that won't help. If your chest pain is accompanied by sweating and heavy breathing and appears when you're around a big group of people, only to fade away back when you feel like you're alone, there's a good chance it's not heartburn.
The best advice is to take note of when it happens. It helps to write it down and refer to it later on. This way, if you do need to go see a doctor, they will have plenty of information. If you are diligent, you might even learn some more things about yourself. Because of this, I highly recommend it. See what you think after doing it, and if you still need more help, check back here. Remember, it's all about regaining control of your life.
